has built and led investment programs in the US,
UK, Asia and Middle East for family offices and
sophisticated institutions. Aleem has
undergraduate and graduate degrees in Mathematics
and quantitative finance from the US and UK.
Mazen AbualHaija
Head of Real Estate Development
Mazen is a dynamic professional with 25+ years’
experience in real estate development, real estate
investment, and asset management. He started his
career in real estate field in the USA, where he
developed, and acquired, multifamily and mixed-use
properties in various States around the country.
Mazen holds a degree in Business Administration
with advanced courses in real estate development
from Portland State University, USA.
Daison D’Silva, FCCA
Head of Finance
Daison's professional career spans a wide range of
businesses, with over 30 years of working
experience in Finance, Accounting and Business
Administration covering Asian countries, mainly
Singapore, Malaysia and the Middle East. He has
led the business support teams in senior positions
in public accounting firms and multinationals in
those regions, and currently at the helm of Al
Nahdha Investment’s Finance Department since 2009.
